Regular shipping charges will apply for less than case pack quantities that you purchase and for shipments to Alaska, US Territories, APO/FPO, and any international addresses. For Alaska, US Territories, International, and APO/FPO shipments, we will provide a shipping quote. Rates vary widely depending on the APO/FPO destination address. To Assure Correct Deliveries:
We
want to assure your FedEx Home packages are correctly delivered.
Starting with orders submitted on 11/10/14, INDIRECT SIGNATURE DELIVERY
WILL BE REQUIRED. An additional $1.50 signature fee will be added to the price of the Free Ship Case pack.
At delivery, if FedEx cannot get a
signature on the first try, they will leave a door tag with several
re-delivery options for you, including waiving the "signature required". If you
choose to waive the signature requirement Island Princess cannot be
responsible for lost or misdirected shipments.
If your order
ships via USPS their normal procedure is to leave a "request for
re-delivery at no extra charge. However, if you have authorized USPS to
leave packages unattended at the door, Island Princess cannot be
responsible for lost or misdirected shipments. Mahalo!
